debug: module to dynamically switch the debug output and some of the
functionality of the scripts.

config: module to dynamically load extra modules

display: basic module responsible for displaying the output

displaytemplate: module replace the content of the display with a template

fieldcheck: check fields for some regular expressions

dutchcheck: some default checks for the Netherlans (phone and zip)

env: show some extra HTTP-information in the mail

mail: basic module responsible for sending the mail

mailattach: module that extends mail to attach an uploaded file to the mail

mailtemplate: module to replace the content of the mail with a template

reply: automatically reply to the user who filled in the form (including
emailaddress)

replytemplate: module to replace the content of the mail with a template

required: some fields may be defined required. If missing show an error
